Refund policy
Items purchased online may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the products subject to the following conditions:
- That the right size was not delivered as ordered.
- The item has a manufacturing fault. In this case a complaint must be raised with 2 to 3 days of receiving the item just email us or WhatsApp us and we will guide you the process.
- Return/Exchange is only possible on unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached.
- Item should be unused i.e it has no strains, odours or anything which may imply that the product has been used.
- No Refund policy i.e no cash back option available unless the product is damaged.
